Assessment:

To properly assess a client's needs, our Care Team will do an on-site evaluation. This assessment may include input from a Social Worker, Registered Nurse or Physician. During this process, we will determine what personal care services are required, as well as the client's wishes regarding accommodations, services and social events. We will also realistically assess financial capabilities.

Consultation:

Today, seniors and their families are faced with a multitude of choices and often overwhelming information. Making the right choice, the first time, is critical. Any move can result in what is termed "transfer trauma." This trauma is caused by moving from what is familiar to new surroundings. Such a move may require significant adjustments to lifestyle.
