"When my father-in-law fell and had to go to the hospital, we never dreamed he wouldn't be able to go back home. After just a few days, we got a call from the hospital telling us we needed to make arrangements to move him. We were in shock and had no idea where to start—we just knew that our Dad was never going to a nursing home! Unfortunately, we all work and couldn't bring him to stay with one of us.

Someone suggested we call Tom and ask for his help. Thank goodness we did. Tom helped us to understand what was really best for Dad.
